@ Deepak, I have re-uploaded the file. Re Download, Re-install MS Dict Viewer and thats it. Tested by myself now. Remember to un-install the earlier version first.

@ Sri charan, 5300 is not a OS 9.1 phone. Its a Java S40v3 phone, and hence will not support much programs. You only got choices in games of s40 series.
Read mobile classification page, on top menu for more details.
